The fallout shelter symbol made this photograph. It's such a rare historical relic, one seldom seen any more. The symbol, perhaps, of the Cold War, and structurally very similar to the peace symbol. This one is on the side of an abandoned warehouse outside Fields Corner and hence has survived through benign neglect, like much of Boston.
