September 21, 2010
An afternoon in the garden. Turned, groomed and planted 4 beds -
lettuce - spinach
arugula - brocolli raab
Started clearing bed and paths by sunroom and pruning overgrown grapes back to the main vine. Started pruning willow by fence. Weeded paths. Picked up the barn patio area. Watered.
Finished The Autobiography of Martin Luther King, Jr. as the sun was setting and the full moon starting to rise. This was my second full reading. Took 16 days. Now going reread it in parallel with Parting the Waters.
Quote of the Day
If you fell down yesterday, stand up today.
